If you are an Xbox 360 owner and was either invited to the beta or you preordered the game, the Medal of Honor beta has finally arrived. The PC and PS3 betas have come to an end, but the 360 owners will be able to play the beta just as long as  the other platforms.

So we have plenty of time to play the beta and encounter bugs so they can (hopefully) be fixed. Also, it’s nice to try the game out before you buy it. Read more…

July 23, 2010 Leave a comment

Okay I should probably say this now before it is too late. I’ll be going on vacation, without internet, for about 8 days. I should be back by next Monday.

So, as you may have seen on my Twitter account, I was going to release a blog post about what my thoughts were on the Medal of Honor Beta. I have scheduled the blog post to be published this Sunday at 1:00PM PCT.

Okay, so that’s really all I have to say. Hopefully I won’t lose half my readers :P

Thanks for visiting and I’ll see you guys next (well, next-next) week!

Note: This is just a rumor as of now

As you may know, there has been a rumor going around stating that Activision will be charging players to play on their online multiplayer servers. This rumor is backed with the video above. Some people believe the video is fake, and if it is the owner did an amazing job. But if it isn’t fake, this could mean trouble for a lot of people. Especially Xbox 360 gold members like myself. Halo Reach -sort of- logo

As we get closer to the release of Halo: Reach, Bungie releases some nice information/spoilers to build up hype, and it works. One significant feature in Halo Reach is the armory. In the armory, you can buy new pieces of armor for your character to wear in multiplayer, campaign, and firefight 2.0. Read more…

Xbox Live Marketplace Price Reductions

If you own an Xbox and you are on live, you may have watch Larry Herb’s video about this. I think that the video built too much hype and rushed through the video, so some of you may have not understood it entirely. I had to watch the video 4 times just to make some notes on what I’m writing about.

Anyways, here are the add-on price reductions and new avatar items and their release dates: Read more…

Special Thanks Page Explained

July 14, 2010 1 comment

Important! Please read!

Well I decided to start a new thing, and an easy way to give credit to those who help and an attempt for me to help the helpers get more traffic on their website (or followers on Twitter).

So this is the new idea. Let’s say “Zelda21″ contributed something helpful that I edit onto a blog post (like this post, it could use some help). I will give credit by adding your desired name onto the Special Thanks Page.

Also, “Zelda21″ was the first person to post one of my blog posts on Digg.com. “Zelda21″ would be listed on the Special Thanks Page with the reason why they are there, their website, and their desired description for their website. Read more…

Kinect vs. Playstation Move

July 14, 2010 5 comments

Which is better?

Motion sensitive controllers seems to be the new trend for gaming consoles. The console companies want to reach out to people who are not interested in normal thumb-moving and trigger-finger-pulling gaming. Companies like Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo want to get those kind of people to buy their product. What do they do? They all decide to make gaming more “active.”

Nintendo was the first to actually make this concept a big hit. Now Microsoft and Playstation are looking to do the same, even if their products do look like spin-offs. That doesn’t mean they aren’t going to be good though.

I will be comparing the Kinect and Playstation Move by telling you the pros and cons they both have. If reading the whole article is too much to handle, there is a list at the end of every section that give you a general idea of what the full article says. Read more…
